Arriving At The Castle

Soon after entering the castle grounds, as you pass through a woodland area the castle soon comes into view.

The only surviving part of the castle is the "Keep" and a few towers seen in the photo.

The main attraction is "The Blarney Stone" embedded just below the battlement of the east wall.

A small stream, flows past the castle on this, the western side.

Dungeons entrance

After crossing the little stream, you arrive here, the dungeons entrance, and like the visitors in this photo, can start exploring immediately.
